HALEA  BEACH


 Halea Nature Park. This park carved out from limestone formations serves as haven to many marine organisms including corals of various colors and sizes. The clear turquoise color of the surrounding water alone is enough to make someone exclaim in astonishment
.  

SAN MIGUEL ISLAND

is the host to perhaps the only remaining coral reef within a 3-hour radius of the town of Monreal. It is host to rare and endangered species such as the coconut crab, a much sought table delicacy that must now be protected from human consumption.  


CAGPATING WALL DIVE

This particular dive site highlights it's 3 huge rock formations - thus it's name. Thick coral population. It displays a variety of colorful coral formation with the many rare species of marine life.


LAPUS LAPUS

The green lagoon leading to LAPUS-LAPUS strait.
As compared to its western twin, Lapus Lapus East has a steep slope and goes down to an average depth of 20 meters. The bigger boys of the sea hang out here. Facing away from the wall, catch a glimpse of pelagic like Tuna and Mackerel. Lapus Lapus East has its share of critters like nudibranch and the more camouflaged creatures of the sea like the frogfish.

PAROLA

Found at the tip of San Miguel Island where currents meet. Expect moderate to strong currents and find sharks and rays surfing along. Enjoy various views of the ocean and the surface as you move through many ledges and discover the marine life that dwells at the different depths.

CATANDAYAGAN FALLS


Catandayagan Falls are located on Ticao Island, Masbate. One of the most beautiful falls in the province. It cascades from 60 feet to its base where multi-colored fishes cavort. It is one hour by motorboat from the capital.

MATANG TUBIG

Matang Tubig Spring is located in Monreal, Masbate. It is a unique spring with three sources. The spring comes out of a rock. Trees and lush vegetation give shade in the area around the spring.
